This is ME
The RE:SET programme is a series of workshops that can be used with young people in a group, or in a one-to-one setting. Dynamic, practical and based on the most up-to-date neuroscience research. In using a flexible and tailored approach, our staff support young people in specific areas of development.
My Wellbeing
Throughout the programme, we explore a range of modules, including: Who Am I?, My Emotions, My Diet and Sleep, My Activity and Downtime, and Who Am I Now? Each session encourages self-reflection, identifying personal strengths and goal setting. The programme also covers the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, as promoted by the NHS, the Royal College of Psychiatrists and the mental health charity, Mind.
My Actions, Emotions and Relationships
We can also explore specific challenges that have been identified by the school or by pupils. In discussing their lives in an open and safe environment, we can address any issues and look at the impact they may be having on the young person. Through our resources and workshops, we support pupils with personal development and behaviours. We also explore topics based on the SHANARRI wheel, anger management and youth justice.
